Estatly.in is a research and information tool that shows indicative, area-wise property price ranges (₹ per sqft) for locations in India. We are not a real estate agent, broker, developer, valuer, lender or investment adviser, and we do not list, sell or rent property.
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, tax or valuation advice. Figures shown are estimates compiled from public and third-party sources and may be out of date, incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify with a registered valuer, RERA-registered agent, lawyer or the relevant sub-registrar office before making any decision.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that prices, trends or comparisons are accurate, current or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You agree not to:
scrape, mass-download or resell the data; misrepresent our estimates as official or certified valuations; use the Service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights; or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Personal, non-commercial research use is permitted.
The Estatly.in name, design, compiled datasets and software are owned by us and protected by applicable law. Third-party names or marks referenced remain the property of their owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estatly.in and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost profits, lost opportunity, or losses arising from a property purchase, sale, lease or investment — resulting from reliance on the Service. You use the data entirely at your own risk.
The Service may reference or link to third-party sources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Service.
